Cancellation and Refund

At Mosam Cabs Service, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both our customers and drivers.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Booking Cancellation: Customers can cancel bookings through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer support.
  • Timeframe: Cancellations are allowed up to 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Refund:
    - Cancellations made 60 minutes or more before pickup: 100% refund of booking amount.
    - Cancellations made less than 60 minutes before pickup: No refund of booking amount.
  • No-Show: Failure to show up at the scheduled pickup time without cancellation will result in no refund.
  • Driver Cancellation: In rare cases, Mosam Cabs Service may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability). We will provide a full refund and assist in finding alternative arrangements.
  • If the customer cancels 1-hour prior the pick-up time, full refund will be provided within 3 - 5 business days.
  • The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account or through UPI transactions.
  • Cancel of booking during peak season or weekend may result in 100% deduction of the advance paid.

Refunds
In case you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy given above, then the refund will be remitted back to your account in 3-5 working/business days. In case of any issues, write to us at support@mosamcabs.com or call us at the contacts mentioned in Contact Us section of the website. Special instructions
Driver & car details: These details will be sent to the customer by Mosam Cabs approximately an hour before the pickup time by SMS and email. In some cases, the driver or an associate of Mosam Cabs may also call in advance to reconfirm with the customer.
Non receipt of driver and car details: In such cases the customer needs to contact the support team and mention the booking reference number.

Demand of money by the driver:
The voucher provided to the customer clearly indicates the items including on his booking. Any amount over and above this both in terms for distance and duration and other items such as night charges, driver allowance, toll, taxes, state taxes, charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable parking charges etc which are not included in the booking amount have to be paid directly to the driver as mentioned below. In case of any dispute with the driver the customer should reach the support team of Mosam Cabs or call at our 24 X 7 customer support at the contacts mentioned in contact us section of the website and mention the booking reference number.
Payment of extra charges: Any extra charges applicable have to be paid directly in cash to the driver.
Refusal by the driver to deliver services: The customer should contact the support team of mosamcabs.com and mention the booking reference number. We request you to go through below before you proceed to book.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation policy does not apply if cancelled before 1 hour. of selected pickup time
If cancelled within/after 1 hrs. or at the selected journey time, booking charges will be deducted from the refund amount as cancellation charges In case of unavailability of the personnel who owns the booking or his/her representative at pickup location, booking charges will be deducted and booking will be considered as cancelled
Mosam Cabs will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation because of any natural calamity, riot/strike, traffic jam, etc. We, Mosam Cabs reserve the right to change or cancel the booking/vehicle/driver at any point of time.
Refund will be processed as per policy, please refer cancellation policy in terms and conditions’ section Additional information:
Booking will be based on Type of Cab viz. Hatchback/Sedan/SUV/Prime SUV. We do not commit any allotment of the specific car model.
Please mention in the comments if any special requirement of specific cab model, we will try our best to meet the specific requirement.
Cab details will be shared within 30 minutes of your selected pickup time through SMS or app notification
AC in car will be inactive in hilly areas and extreme weather conditions like snowfall or storms and when vehicle is not in motion.
For pets’ transportation, INR 1000 will be charged extra for car detailing. Prior information to be given about the pet travelling along the customer. Baggage policy works as per below depending upon car type,

  • Hatchback: Sitting Capacity-4, Baggage Allowance- 1 compact bag
  • Sedan: Sitting Capacity-4, Baggage Allowance- 2 compact bags
  • SUV: Sitting Capacity- 6, Baggage Allowance- 3 compact bags
  • Prime SUV: Sitting Capacity-7, Baggage Allowance- 3 compact bags
  • Special request can be mentioned in special request section while booking. You will be informed in case of non-compliance. However, luggage is fully dependent upon number of passengers travelling together, luggage can be adjusted with driver consent.
  • Vehicle will be provided as per availability and there is no commitment on fuel type. However, booking can be done against special cab type in booking section.
  • In case of CNG refilling, it may take more than 30 minutes due to less number of CNG stations and longer queue.
  • Mosam Cabs will not be responsible in case of any miss of scheduled flight, train or bus. You have to manage your trip with judgment of traffic and timings and considering delay in pickup due to traffic, natural calamity, riots, strikes, etc.
  • In case of partial payments, advance payment to be made at the time of pickup to driver.
  • Any grievances and suggestions to be registered within 48 hours of the completion of the trip or during the trip.
  • Please collect toll tax receipts from driver, state tax and extra km charges paid to the driver during in the trip itself, Mosam Cabs will not liable for any such receipts and payments.
  • Between pickup and drop 30 minutes’ break will be taken by the driver for meal at any particular time during the trip.

Additional Conditions:

  • Cancellation refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • Cancellation fees may apply for outstation or special event bookings.
  • Mosam Cabs Service reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy without prior notice.
